Communications

Family, whānau and friends can phone you directly by calling 09-919 2500 Our receptionist will transfer calls directly to your room.

Patients and visitors are asked to check with nursing staff regarding the use of cell phones within the hospital as these can interfere with calibrated medical equipment.

Complimentary wireless internet access is available for all of our patients.

If you bring computer equipment, cellphones or other electronic devices into the hospital, please be aware that Quay Park cannot take responsibility for their safe keeping.

Cultural needs

We are here to help if your patient has any spiritual or cultural needs. Should the services of an interpreter be required, we can arrange this service for an extra cost.

Phone follow up

If you answered yes to being called after your procedure, our nursing staff will contact you.
