Posted on February 17, 2021

We are committed to following the New Zealand Ministry of Health Covid-19 Guidelines to protect the communities in which we serve.

Commencing Thursday 18 February, New Zealand has eased their Alert Level restrictions, with Auckland in Alert Level 2, and the rest of New Zealand in Alert Level 1.

Our robust health and safety measures ensures we continue to perform safely while providing our excellent care to all people.

Infection prevention

We have always had a very thorough cleaning, hygiene and health and safety processes in our facilities. We have dedicated infection prevention and health and safety experts advising and monitoring our practices.

We have put in place even more cleaning and sanitising for each of our sites, focusing on high-touch surfaces and have hand sanitisers installed throughout all our facilities for people to use.

All our staff continue to follow the Ministry of Health guidelines around hand-washing, cough etiquette, social distancing, and hygiene practices.

Alert Level 2 – Auckland region

Re-centre Auckland staff are closely following the Ministry of Health hygiene and physical distancing guidelines. People are able to attend our centre for their mental health courses, workshops, and one-on-one appointments. However, we ask clients to not attend if they are feeling unwell or have been in any areas the Ministry of Health has identified for people to isolate and be tested. Please contact Re-centre for any further support.

Endoscopy Auckland are following the Ministry of Health Guidelines. If you are booked with Endoscopy Auckland please contact them directly to discuss. Further information
